Tennessee Wagyu is currently sold at wholesale rates and is normally bought as a whole cow from the processor. This allows our customers to specify their cut preferences. However, we are happy to deliver boxed meat direct. Our schedule depends on the seasons. If it is calving time, we

collect and vaccinate the calves. Once a month we weigh all of the cattle on feed. If it is hay season, you can bet we will be in the hay fields cutting, tedding, raking, baling and hauling the hay. Still, our farm is open for tours by appointment.
